Cloanto’s C64 Forever (the only art pack that beat DPaint, Personal Paint, fame, in my opinion!) Is a completely complete emulation pack with legal forms and games. There, in lies, is the USP. So it is the simplest launcher. A good one at it and it grew on me during the time I spent with him. So much so, I think it will become the best choice for C64 emulation if I am on an XP laptop.
